Caton E. Gomillion, CAIA

Caton Gomillion is a founding partner of Shelby Operations Partners and advises investment organizations on fund operations, operational governance, reporting infrastructure, and process optimization.

With more than a decade of experience supporting private capital funds, fund-of-funds structures, and dedicated managed account platforms, Caton has led critical operational functions spanning valuation oversight, financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, and data governance. Her experience includes developing scalable operational frameworks that enhance transparency, strengthen controls, and improve decision-making across complex investment platforms.

Caton brings a disciplined approach to operational excellence, helping clients establish the infrastructure and oversight required to support growth while maintaining institutional standards. She is particularly focused on aligning operational processes, reporting workflows, and governance structures to create long-term organizational resilience.

She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University.
