Susan Schrader is a founding partner of Shelby Operations Partners and brings nearly two decades of experience supporting registered investment advisors, investment managers, private funds, and sophisticated institutional, family office, and emerging wealth investors.

 Susan has extensive experience supporting alternative investment managers across fund operations, investor servicing, and back-office infrastructure. Her background includes transfer agency operations, and fund operations where she developed deep expertise in shareholder recordkeeping, transaction processing, valuation and financial reporting, audit and tax reporting preparation, vendor due diligence, regulatory compliance, and investor communications. She leverages this operational foundation to help investment firms streamline processes, enhance client service, and scale efficiently. 

Known for her comprehensive understanding of investment operations and organizational infrastructure, Susan helps clients create operational environments that are efficient, scalable, and resilient. Her experience supporting both established firms and growing investment organizations provides valuable perspective on the operational challenges that emerge as firms evolve.

Held the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) designation, reflecting specialized expertise in investment adviser compliance and regulatory oversight. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Xavier University.
